The final straw came after PL reset goonswarm because we were operating in completely different regions and Rhonyn called down some PL guys to shoot Merchis, then gave them intel on where the Merchis were located (specific belts) right before they jumped into the system.
Delve is a burgeoning market. We just completed a remapping of our JB system this last weekend to facilitate better importation from Empire. We're also in the midst of the second great war and a great many of our producers are filling out orders for replacement battleships and capitals and corp/alliance spec tacklers. We haven't had several months of slow paced living to really stock the market properly. We've been front lining it for months now and haven't quite gotten ahead on production in a lot of ways yet. We've also had a MASSIVE influx of newbees since the Great Butan Push that ended Band of Brothers. This isn't like Geminate or Delve I where we had infrastucture in place and relatively few newbees as our veteransl were graduating to spec battleships and capitals. We've gotten literally hundreds of newbees since February. Frigates are a commodity right now.
From what I know about Zzulu he's a pretty standup dude, and buying and selling is just good business. Goons have a reputation for being assholes, your shock and horror at someone trying to make some money off the market is fucking hilarious. If you're so worried about it give incentives for moving more shit into your space.

Your logic is flawed, because there were no kestrels selling in the entire region before I put mine up. So if I wouldn't have imported anything, no one would have been able to buy a kestrel at all. And it's not fuck goons in any aspect.

and seeing that you can fit bricks of 50k armor on a maller for next-to-no isk loss, it works out pretty good, and on top of that, it's a semi decent stepping stone from rifter -> cruiser that isn't a blackbird.
