So I just started getting this message a couple days ago-
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows systems DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
I haven't done any major changes or updates to my computer in weeks (months?), so I'm having a hard time pin pointing the problem. This is popping up on everything from quickstart.exe to OpenOffice and EPSON drivers.
