I am working on a paper and need to cite two websites using Son of Machine but I am not sure if I am correct with my citation

(2008). Association of Moving Image Archiving. Retrieved April 10, 2009, from Welcome to the Association of Moving Image Archiving Web site: http://www.amianet.org/index.php
(AMIA, 2008)

(2009). ASIS&T The Information Society for the Information Age. Retrieved April 10, 2009, from ASIS&T The American Society for Information Science & Technology Web site: http://www.asis.org/
(ASIS&T, 2009)

Am I correct on my citation?

ps In case you are wondering why not ask my prof... this is an online program and my professor has not responded to my emails....
