Looking for a specific picture

This is probably the weirdest request ever
but I am looking for a picture that made it's rounds of of the internet a few years back
it's a really weird looking kid with a mullet rocking out on guitar
and in the background of the picture there's some weird shit going on including this random dude that is seemingly wearing a diaper

if you can find me this picture it will bring me great happiness and i will love you

Really? Because I double checked my search from yesterday and actually had a typo in it. Searching for guitar kid gets you this as the very first result.
