We're making great progress with Ulduar so I'd hate to see it put on the back burner, but, and I'm going to be brutally honest here; I don't think we're being very efficient with having one group for progression and a completely different group that goes in just for kicks.
no Ulduar should definitely be figured out, but let's get two nights a week together for 25 man naxx so we can get people geared to run Ulduar AFTER it's been cracked.
The first 25 Kel kill I was present for we cleared it with 18 people.
Eighteen.
All that does for me is make me think how unstoppable we would be if we had 25. It's also worth noting most of our 80s aren't alts, anymore. We actually have 25 warm bodies who want to raid. I am strictly seeing this as a "if you build it, they will come scenario."
Last Wednesday we had enough 80s online to fill a 25 man raid, which is when I said something initially.
I'm not arguing that. I'm simply saying it's a goal we should be working toward and we will work toward it faster if we learn the instance in 10 man form while gearing up 25. I'd rather that than shrug and say 'well we probably couldn't do it anyway.'
I mean, the reason we can't get a naxx 10 going is because every night one of the Ulduar groups is running and just that almost completely diminishes our tank/healer pool.
whenever we say we need tanks people roll tanks then they get assed out because they aren't good enough and/or are never permitted to tank (so they can't get good enough).

If most people would rather do 25-man Naxx than a second Ulduar, we should probably run with that.
Maybe I'll set up a calendar event as a make-shift poll for this Friday.

Personally I'd rather we keep Ulduar Dolphin where it is and do a naxx 25 where Ulduar Gunmetal is.
I still think our priority should be learning Ulduar.

Also I like the idea of Naxx 25 and Ulduar 10. People will be getting relatively equivalent loot, and we'll never do Ulduar 25 without 25 able people

I think thats more realistic
Considering both tanks from Ulduar 2 are alts, that might prove problematic.
How many tank mains do we have in the guild?

The whole point of running the Ulduar groups together is if we are gonna do 25 man we cant rely on alts tanking there either.

we start with molten core and work our way up, hopefully by monday we'll be in karazhan
