If we're measuring e-peen according to TS, then as the second highest TS 3v3er here, I say that Warp Spiders are fine.
When Haywire Grenades act more like the tank-seeking I've-only-ever-seen-them-miss-once Sticky Bombs from COH, then maybe.
But considering that an upgraded Exarched Warp Spider squad is 575 req and 75 power, which is as much req and more than twice as much power as a Tac Squad with a Plasma gun, and that each squad member has 160 health with bullets seeming to auto-seek the Exarch, and each squad member takes 55 req and 5 power to reinforce besides, considering all that, they are balanced.
And I can say from experience that, if you go up against Assault Squad spam with Warp Spider spam, say 4 Warp Spiders vs 3 Assault Squads, all upgraded, the Assault Squads win hands down.

...and I have yet to see smoke launcher ever used, which is odd, considering that the standard use of a razorback as a mobile Heavy bolter support, would make that ability icing on the cake.

Okay, it has the same armor, but the driver sucks because he can't run anything over. Considering it takes like 3 SM missiles to blow it up, shit isn't cool. Basically unless you are in an open field your Wartrukk is a dead trukk.

Easily. Just melee order them, they'll break the thing down long before it even gets close to killing a squad.
I've taken a wartrukk down to 20% with two warlock'd guardians on Typhon before. He ran off, but I found it funny still.

You could probably shoot it too, though. You might as well shoot while attempting to melee though, I don't think many units get a accuracy penalty on the move. Not guardians.

Cover is directional, which is why things like flanking work. If you're meleeing something, you're probably not behind the green cover relative to the unit shooting at you.
What I don't know, though, is whether hostile units provide green cover for your units like friendly ones do, but I'd think they don't.
I can't find it on the database or the codex now but last time I check the smoke launcher causes -80% accuracy for anyone shooting into or out of the smoke. So if you drop it on your own guys it fucks up their accuracy, so the best way to use it is actually on the other guy's ranged squads or where your melee guys are fighting.
Usually I'm too busy joyriding around in my unkillable Razorback to bother though, the animation is like when you unload troops and the range is pretty short so your Razorback has to waddle over, slowly turn to face whatever, and then shoot a second later. Not really worth it when you can just run over their platform/devastators.

Looted tank is easily the best Ork unit for it's cost/effectiveness. It's pretty much the best tank in the game, and the cheapest. I love coming up against a team that doesn't have any Space Marines or Tyranids on it because I just start making nothing but tanks. It does seem to have even shittier AI than the other tanks though, the couple times I have ever made predators I was amazed at how much more responsive they seemed.
The looted tank is so good I will often attempt to make one even when the other team has a Space Marine or a Tyranid. I usually regret that decision when it gets venom cannoned, adrenal glandeded, tac missiled, teleporting flesh over steeled, insta ultra zoey stunned followed by zoey deathed, orb of the omnicided or whatever, melta-bombed...well you get the idea.
Well I don't know the precise moment they decided the looted tank should have 850 hp with its upgrade, so I decided to just talk about how amazing the looted tank is in general. Also your question is dumb because it doesn't really matter at all, it seemed more rhetorical than anything.
