The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Probably 10 years ago in elementary school i watched what i think must have been a slide show adaptation of a sci-fi short story. I remember it being really good, but i cant remember the name or find it online.
It followed the life of a man who lived on an alien planet where the lifespan for a human was 7 days, if i remember right it was a primitiave society and all the people lived in caves.
There was some kind of conflict between 2 cave colonies, where one fought the other and the source of the conflict was that one of the caves allowed the people who lived there to have a lifespan of a few extra days.
I think it was only safe to be outside for something like 2 hours a day.
In the end the main character finds a crashed spaceship.
Shoot, sounds vaguely familiar. Do you remember if it was set on like Venus or Mercury, back when they didn't know it was implausible for them to be populated?
