    If those face studies were cats at a pet shelter, I would adopt them and get them a nice bed and get a food bowl for each one.

    Someone with photo experience can probably chime in on this, but I think the photos might benefit from some levels adjustment. I have no idea how to do that with conventional developing techniques.

    I know what you mean, nib. I'm still trying to figure it all out! Its a very... technical feeling process that's different than what I'm used to. I will ask my teacher about getting more contrast and clearer shots, our first crit is this week anyhow.

    I'm glad you all like the face studies, I need to do more. I used the chart here to help me think of expressions, I stuck it in the DA group collection:

    Its great, but it takes some imagining to exaggerate the expressions yourself. I'd like to be more bold with it.

    I would love to learn to tag. I would like it to be less illegal. I'm actually really considering looking for a tattooing apprenticeship. Maybe some of this crazy shit could work on flesh.

    This thesis has serious atmosphere. Very cool.

    Honest to God, if I ever wanted to get a tattoo, I'd hope you could do it.

    That thesis is so neat, the rough art worked great for the nostalgic feel of the narration. And that flame at the end was awesome.

    Where is your usual sense of flow in these last two heads or the figures in your Gorillaz piece?

    to be fair to me, the gorillaz piece was entirely done in the haze of being hung over after graduating. It came out a little stiff, and its an image I think I should redraw sometime. Its never good for me to do works like that fully digitally.

    The faces are more studies than anything else, everything I touch cant swirl.
