Obviously the reason for inventory management and permanent item deletion is that there are going to be a lot more items. Probably means random loot like the evidence was pointing to for a while. I don't know why they made the real original unlocks deletable(seriously guys just disable the functionality until we need it), but I'm sure they'll be recoverable once it's implemented. Maybe they're removing the achievement unlocks entirely soon?
Also, head slots probably means prestige accessories. Which is kind of cool, but you can't see your own head while you play...

The thing I hate most about the FaN is that I can't seem to aim it well, for some reason, especially against other scouts. The other thing I hate most is having other scouts using it and I just get pushed all over the place.

Plus I dont want to push people back. Knocking enemies away with the FaN just means they are out of hug range. Now what kind of meanie would want that? I think rakuen has a case of the Mondays.

what about a soldier about to shoot you? or a demo?
just because it has knockback doesn't mean i can't +forward and sidestep back into range, plus they mostly go up not away. that is why the pistol is so important with the FaN.

Whoah whoah, the only time any of those worth it is with the pyro. All of the other classes i'd rather be next to. Especially if they're any good.
The FaN and the baseball are by far the most annoying things in the game, as a Pyro. Heavies are annoying too, but only if you're not content with leaving them alone.
