    Also I can't believe this is the shit replacing King of the Hill which is IMO the only consistantly funny show still on the FOX cartoon line up

    I've really had to stop making assumptions based on commercials though

    they're almost never made by the people who wrote the jokes and are usually not at all indicative of the style of humor of the actual show

    There is a commercial for Scrubs that they've started playing recently on cable here

    and it's cut with music to make it look like a drama for some reason?

    it is totally stupid

    Scrubs actually got better this season, compared to its last 2-3 seasons.

    Its first three seasons are some of my favorites on TV.

    I don't know how much of this reaction is just people's inherent compulsion to shit on anything new

    but it didn't look that good from the commercials

    i dont even watch the simpsons anymore because it makes me sad
    i noticed they changed the opening credits
    that made me the most sad

    the ireland episode was the last one i watched

    i actually did sort of enjoy the one with the puzzles that was on a while back but it wasn't laugh out loud hilarious


    shoe you are very serious about liking awful simpsons episodes

    also i dont believe family guy has any good shows they're all awful but so are 99% of the simpsons episodes of the last 6 or 7 years

    they changed it because they broadcast in hd and it would be pretty silly to have an intro from 1991 before hd animation now wouldn't it

    and the new opening is fun
