    He's probably my all-time favorite physicist, and the primary reason why I'm studying physics myself.

    If there is any justice in the universe, Hawking will pull through and suddenly be able to talk and walk, and some rich, blond shop-a-holic nit-wit will die, as a sacrifice.

    Y'know, he IS suffering from a disease that should have, judging by averages, killed him 37 years ago. I'll be more than overjoyed if he comes out of this, but if he doesn't, he's still a fucking champion for living this long.
