Hey,

I found a condo for sale in NY.

37 total rooms.
14 bedrooms.
16 total bathrooms (12 full, 4 half).
25,546 sq. feet of living space.
1,245 sq. foot outdoor 4th floor patio.

31.75 million dollars.

I ask you... How does one go about selling a place like this? And what would anyone ever need with that much space? 16 bathrooms... REALLY?

Anyone else looking to buy something out there in the world to live in?

We're buying a house near Atlanta sometime this year. It's hard to house hunt when you live 5 hours away.

Yeah, if you're looking for a place that doesn't have 16 bathrooms, you can find some amazing deals.

    I found a 2-BR, 7 room victorian for 195!

yeah, a friend of mine is already up there searching since his lease is up at the end of the Summer. His mom did real estate for years, so he knows the business pretty well; he's gonna shop around and narrow it down to a couple places, then I'm gonna drive up with the gf and take a looksee.

    rock on

we appraise a lot of stuff up there, mostly the big new subdivisions

orlando and fort myers are in pretty bad shape, which is good for buyers, but fannie mae just added a mess of new restrictions so some of the newer complexes are having trouble selling because buyers can't get mortgages

I might request a showing... Just to see it in person...

I will be sure to drop a MAJOR deuce in one of their bathrooms.

Or I could eat a TON of tacos the night before and take a dump in all of them...

wake up in the middle of the night, hear someone rustling around in the closest kitchen, beat him senseless before you remember there's another name on the lease

How many people are you hoping go in on it with you. Because if it's a lot you might want to consider asking Neville how well renting a house with a bunch of college kids has worked out for him.

The first theatre actually in the city proper opened here a month or so ago. They had about 3500 applicants for 300 positions, it was awful.

    Obviously I didn't get a job. Fuck.

2, maybe 3. it would be a small place. also it would be friends that i've been very close with for a while now, so it's not like i'm going in with strangers. i've made that mistake before.

oh, and my house is not going to be a damn sitcom setup consisting of Digipen's entire coding school. or as i like to call it
