Apart from time period and level of technological development, the main difference between cyberpunk and steampunk is that steampunk settings usually tend to be less obviously dystopian than cyberpunk, or lack dystopian elements entirely.

    I think it's kind of cool to see people making real-life stuff like this.

    But it's not the coming of jesus or anything. It's just a sort of neat style that works for some things. Something being steampunk doesn't automatically make it cool.

    And anyway cyberpunk is way better.

    I watched like two episodes of Last Exile and I quit after the episode where there's a skirmish line. . . on air ships. Air ships with cannons.

    the whole of the guitar looked like it was made of this kinda stuff. it may have been an acoustic. i saw it in a guitar book at the library.
