    I think you should get rid of the little thought bubble

    It's a personal quibble, but I like it better when the giant luchador is completely deadpan, like he's been fighting this fight for so long that it doesn't really phase him any more.

    her face seems to look a little too wide, and her right shoulder seems to extend just a smidge too far out.

    and her eyes are a little cross-eyed?

    it would be really nice to see the actual effects of a nice hot sunny day -- bright brights, darker darks. the sun creates dramatic shadows! also, i'd pull out the canvas a bit more, width-wise ... it looks awkwardly cut off at the moment.

    still considering doing a version of the idea myself.. yours is really interesting to look at, my idea was a lot more barren hahah.

    its a whole lot of characters to get to read clearly on any size canvas, and I had a monster of a time trying to get the composition to work

    I'm excited to see how rob came up with a solution, and I really like what he's got so far

    I think mully is right, in that they do need to have some sort of indication of light and shadow - it's a summer's day on the beach, there'd be a lot more shadows going on. Also, the black lines in the water seem to take away from the water feel, especially near the horizon and along the shore itself.

    Rob your work is always so good, I love the exaggerated expressions in your comics, you have a knack for drawing angry/gleeful people.

    It actually reminds me a lot of Filler Bunny.
