What should i be using as miniatures?

I would like to use miniatures to represent the monsters, but i really dont want to paint them all. The D&D mini's seem kinda dumb because they are random. Currently i use reaper mini's for the character models, but like i said above i dont want to paint every single monster i need. :P Any advice?

    You can buy singles of DnD minis online. google D&D minis singles or check ebay.

    I like Reaper minis myself. You don't need to paint them, maybe just coat them in a more visible color.
