I'm talking about:
Air rivals is a MMORPG with twitched based elements. it pits you in the role of a pilot of one of four different kinds of combat aircraft. it is essentially auto assault/WOW/Starfox 64, and is about as epic as it sounds provided you play it right.
after selecting the type of gear from the four different kinds:
I gear, the fighter and Glasscannony in every aspect.
B gear, the bomber and most balanced.
A-gear, the flying tank and best attacker.
M-gear, the Buffer, debuffer, healer, and Tank all in one. also the slowest grinder.
The grind is pretty fast if you do it right, i'll explain in more detail later.
anyway, after leveling to eleven, about half an hour of work, you get to choose which nation you want to fly for. this factors into the PVP system later in the game.
oh, and the game is completely free. not a cent needs to be spent to be competent.
why am I telling you about this?
1. I am a greedy bastard and get an EXP bonus for signing you on as friends. (you do too)
2. The idiots that inhabit the game need to be taught a proper lesson.
3. The game is actually pretty fun.
so how do i get involved?
well, that's pretty simple. once you register at The official website, download the client, and patch to the latest version, you must
1. Select the "Orion" server. (the larger server, "helix", does not always allow registration)
2. Once you have leveled up to level eleven, take the mission and chose the ANI side.
Why the ANI side? because ANI has, in general, a better and more even grind than BCU, and it has herremeze relic site, which is the best grinding map in the game. there are usually less idiots on ANI, as well.
3. I've set up a brigade (Read: guild) that has a pretty obvious name. if you still can't find it, my in game name is "thebdoctor."
4. Profit from increased EXP and a spiffy tag over your name ingame.
