Powerful to an absurd degree, genocidal, insane, but still intelligent. I loved the way he figured out how to fight Luffy. First by heating up his staff, and the just attaching a big weight to him and throwing him off the side of the ship.
I also loved Gan Fall. PUMPKINS ARE THE ELIXIR OF YOUTH!
That's just the station that let it the episode title slip. The station that airs it earliest does it on the 21st. So we'll be seeing the Internet explode, whether it airs or not, at about midday today.

The best part about Skypiea is when Enel meets Luffy for the first time, being all high and mighty as usual, then after using his electricity on Luffy the "camera" shows Enel from behind and then pans around to his face and it's just the most ridiculous face EVER.

As much as I don't like Skypeia, I can appreciate the fact that the villain is obviously an Eminem parody.
