Does anyone know if you can get/make the lamp paper/fabric you sometimes see on what is usually vaguely Asian-themed table lamps? The number of cars that were stopped on the side of the road or stuck and unable to move in 3 inches of snow was outrageous. my 15 min commute took over an hour.
