wifi running slowwww

For some reason the WiFi on one of our laptops is running extremely slow, right now none of the other computers are on and it's only downloading at 11 kb/s (from anti-vir) I checked with my other computer and it was able to update at 400kb/s...

The signal strength is excellent... cant figure out what could be causing this...

could be driver conflict, amongst other things. look and see if theres a bios update that worked on my laptop.
