I'm in the market for a NAS device.

It must have Teaming NICs, AD Integration, at least 4TB of storage(Prefer 6+), and rack mountable of course.

Anyone involved in purchasing one and can give opinions on manufacturers?

Edit: Oh Hot Swappable drives too, =D

I've had good luck with Snap Server appliances. They have the easiest manageable features in comparison to some of the fiber ones I've seen. Also they have standard CAT5/6 instead of fiber if you don't have that infrastructure yet.
