Servers
How to add a server:
Before you start TF2, right click Steam in your toolbar and click on Servers. Go to the Favorites tab, click Add a Server, and type in the IP. Next time you launch TF2, go to the Favorites tab and select one of the servers that has people in it, type in the password (wang), and you should be good to go. Also make sure "Show map list" is unchecked in the bottom left. It makes finding servers stupid as hell.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no real PA TF2 Steam Group. The HoNC has a Honc Night group that occasionally announces a custom map night, but that's about it. To get involved and meet people post here and add the servers to your favorites and hop on.

    Yah I have to turn in. Exam in 6 days and it's currently half four am - need to get my sleeping patterns a little bit better. I didn't want to run the risk of waiting 'til tomorrow.

    I'm sure 6 pages isn't too much of a sacrifice... >_>

    Worst part about sniper update: playing heavy is going to be even worse than when they do the spy update, because at least the spy update will bring pyros to protect me.

    Seriously, we have Dustbowl and Hydro on our rotations, but we don't like Arena? Holy shit people, I know we're resistant to change around here, but seriously. I can run through Dustbowl blindfolded. No exaggeration. A bit overplayed.

    Thank god they finally put in the payload race gametype.

    I was disappointed they didn't put it in last update when they showed it in the screenshot.

    I love dustbowl even after playing this game since the release. Its still one of the only maps I really get excited about, because all the best matches I've had with real teamwork in regular play, was on this map. It's around a 10 year old map and has stood the test of time. I agree with Hydro being cut.

    If there were 4 to 5 dustbowl style maps I could see room to complain, kind of like the 4-5 "5 (sometimes bland) point cap maps" (well, granary, badlands, fastlanes, freight...) that are virtually the same map layout... o_O
