Everything is conductive given enough energy. At some point, the electric field alone is enough to ionize the atoms, at which point it conducts electricity. I mean, air is a pretty good [strike]conductor[/strike] resistor, and yet we have lightning.

You know, I just think it's really... odd that this video leaked ahead of time. I mean, shouldn't Valve have pretty good cohesion within its ranks? Why would an employee leak this content?
So then I got to thinkin'... Maybe Valve "leaked" this content on purpose, to cultivate the "spy" theme. I mean, what have we seen this update? Misdirection (in the form of the Sniper (& Spy!) update(s)), getting access to intelligence earlier than expected... these are the marks of the handiwork of a good spy, si?
I thought the story was Valve uploaded the video to their YouTube account, marked it private, but some wily guy noticed it and used a iPhone loophole to access the video?

Not only just moisture content either. The properties of wood are complicated by the fact that it's a piece of organic tissue and behaves differently in vitro versus in vivo. I mean wood's conductivity changes depending on temperature, species, grain structure, even the orientation (longitudinal conductivity is different then transverse or tangential conductivity).
Not to jump on you for something so trivial but I get payed to worry about details like this and it's just habit for me at this point.

Two things are amazing about the Meet The series (Meet The Spy specifically):
- this is Pixar level of animation with 1/1000th of polygons, effects, money and manpower
- TF2 is an online only game yet those characters have more personality, charisma, humour etc. than 95% of single-player games (including RPGs) out there
In other words:
VALVE IS AMAZING, BEST DEV/ PUB COMPANY OUT THERE
I will support Valve even if they abandond PC and start making games for DS only.
