    That's with easytoon, it says it has colors and such, but I cannot find any sort of toolbar for it.

    Edit: heading to bed now, I'll play around with it tomorrow (or rather later today because it's 1 a.m. here...)

    yeah easytoon does NOT have colors

    unless you count shades of gray a color

    which they're not

    and even then they're just arranged pixels to give the illusion of color

    I remember when i was a young'n

    I used to have a piece of plexiglass on my lap
    a lit flashlight under it, pointed up, held with my legs

    and I would have my very own light table

    I was all about drawing back then dang

    I pretty much failed with the arms..but I think I got the legs pretty well down.

    also had to do this when learning about Overlapping

    Hey you know about the 9 old men?

    They are all pretty [strike]old[/strike] dead.

    They were senior animators at Disney and pretty much went, "Hey... we gotta make this look cooler, how do we do this?"

    So they went about thinking what makes animation look good.

    They came up with 12 principles, which is pretty much the reason Pixar's animation is so much better than Dreamworks'

    Hey Rank, I'm curious, I may be misremembering, but aren't you the one going to digipen? If so, Jesus the breadth of topics covered must be ridiculous if you're going this in depth with both 3d and 2d animation.

    That said, the 2d animation you posted earlier in this thread is absolutely beautiful, well done.

    but they are short

    loop them at least and make them > 1 second

    If you want skeletal stuff, then you shouldn't be looking to flash.
    Rig that shit in Max.

    Although the newest flash has some pretty advanced 3D stuff, although still no skeletal structure and rigging.
