The first 4 holes were fun. The middle 12 were alright, but increasingly frustrating. The last 4 were OH MY GOD GET ME OUT OF THIS HEAT.
I had sucked down my water supply by hole 8.
That's 20
Now I'm imagining a dehydrated and delirious Jasconius launching golf balls around the parking lot and in the club house, looking for those last two holes.

When I was little, my father thought it would be a nice bonding experience to make me caddy for him. I was maybe 12 or so? Well I was not an athletic kid and his golf bag was massive and was banging into my ankles something terrible and I HATED golf because he'd always watch it on TV instead of doing anything with me. Finally he got the hint at round the 3rd hole that I was not into it and rented a cart. Then he let me drive the cart. It was awesome!
I just realized that I never understood why they are emerging out of hideous cocoons. Do you think this was just on their white board, and they just threw it in there so it wouldn't just be the two of them talking?

These characters are not the Gabe and Tycho to which we are accustomed! They are pod-people doppelgängers made by sinister aliens.
As such the dialogue in this comic, something we would take issue with if it were spoken by the real G&T, is acceptable as it is obvious that they are in fact not them.
Seriously on

I always thought it was sarcasm
The whole cocoon thing was just something they always wanted to do but they could never find a good excuse for it so they were all like "fuck it let's just do it anyway"

That's exactly how I read it.

Also to show EA, a thousand years later, is still creating games with Car, Baseball Guy, etc.
This is how I read it.
