Ugh, I didn't see this movie until recently and people would be like you have to you have to, so I reluctantly saw it and I think it's one of my favourite films ever now

I am completely indifferent to all wes anderson films
Did everyone like Darjeeling? Honestly I thought it was his weakest film so far. I liked Bottle Rocket a lot better. Not saying it didn't have its moments, but they were just moments.

Darjeeling has been on my netflix queue for aaaaaages saying "short wait" :?
The Life Aquatic is one of my favorites movies ever, but Wes Anderson films are very hard to share with people who aren't total film fags, so talking about 'em outside the internet is kinda hard.

I don't get why. His movies are just nice what is so hard to understand about that?

I know what you mean. I found them to be films that you kinda need to just watch on your own. I actually don't think I'd enjoy seeing them on the cinema at all.

I love his movies but yes so many people clutch to them as their "artsy" thing they like
but really you can watch his movies and appreciate the writing and the acting and the characterization same way with any movie without digging deep
or you can dig deep and catch all the quirks and exactly how much personal flair and style he gives his movies. But really i don't find them too "deep" or whatever, they're all pretty straightforward and comedic.
every single person I know who likes wes anderson movies is a total douuuuuucheeeeeeeeeeeee

I really like Wes Anderson's movies, but I wish he would do one that someone else wrote. They all exist in this weird, slightly parallel universe where people don't act quite right and things don't happen quite the way they ought to.
But that last scene in Rushmore?
"Well, at least no one got hurt."
"... except you."
"naw, I didn't get hurt that bad."
Posts
Would you say that you give them
the cold shoulder
also, the soundtrack to life aquatic done by seu jorge is one of my fave cds to listen to when i just wanna relax
apart from life aquatic and rushmore though im not sure what he's made
i would say that.
remember when we saw Blade Runner?
other then that, I hated Darjeeling
for some reason I remember not liking Rushmore, but maybe it was just Jason Schwartzman I don't like
oh that was him?
okay cool! yay i'm not alone anymore.
hey OP person, be a better OP'er and put a full list of the dudes movies
I kinda wanna watch it again, but I was just really bored the first time
