Repeat for new page: DO NOT KICK BR SPIES FOR DECLOAKING QUICKLY. You may as well kick a Huntsman Sniper for pinning you to the wall.
Repeat in case you may have missed it.
Unless they have changed their minds in the past few hours, both Job and JonXP were leaning toward the exploit side of things. So it's probably best to just not use it that manner, at least until things have been discussed more.
e: Also Zek is right, decloaking quickly isn't the problem, it's when they immediatly re-activate DR again that is the problem.
What the shit is the problem? If they left the DR on they would still have 90% damage reduction. The only difference is that the spy is now visible and, if they don't have the timing of Jesus, have one second of full vulnerability. Is it an exploit for spies to be visible and vulnerable now?
However, they can cloak while taunting. This one is actually a DR exploit: you can taunt with it "activated" and the first time you get hit you'll cloak without stopping the taunt and with 1250 effective health making it rather unlikely you'll die before it's finished.
Do you know what the exploit is? Are you aware of what they can do with it?

Yes, because I'm the one you're bitching about.
I suggest after getting banned from the Penny Arcade Servers that you do not do anything to get banned from the Penny Arcade Forums.
Valve did not intend for you to get PERMANENT INVISIBILITY+INVULNERABILTY+THE ABILITY TO INSTANTLY KILL EVERYTHING.

So I'm on a PA server. Someone is complaining about how they'll never get Cloak&Dagger when suddenly it rewards me it. Said person curses me. I play for awhile longer then log off. As soon as i log off, the keyboard shelf on my desk collapses sending a cloud of partical board dust and my keyboard falling.
I played a couple hours of the tuftoos at the office this afternoon and got a second flare gun and a third natascha while watching someone else get the super awesome Pyro hat, came home to find that my 360 has RROD'ed, and now I'm getting the 'Steam servers are too busy' message when I try to play some more tuftoos.
FFFFFFFFFFF-
*edit* At least I got to hear a snoipah give the "Jaaaaa-rate!" suond bite when throwing a jar of pee at someone else.

At least one involves sending a system in through the mail and getting it back a month later, while the other just requires a few minutes and refreshing here and there.

I love Valve as much as the next guy, but I don't think I want them to mail me a jar of pee.
So, I used to be a scripting addict back in TFC, and I'm getting back into it now. It's hard to believe how much a simple script can totally change your gameplay for the better. Take this for example:
alias +spyattack "+attack"
alias -spyattack "-attack; lastdisguise"
bind mouse1 +spyattack
This works so well with my spy playstyle it's not even funny. Though, it's a bit predictable unless you manually switch the disguise. I think I'm going to write a more advanced one soon that will randomly choose what you disguise as after you attack, but there's no genuine random function in scripting that I'm aware of. Maybe I could base it on the last direction you moved? Something like
bind w "+forward; disgspy"
bind a "+moveleft; disgmedic"
and etc, where "disgspy" is an alias that rebinds left click to attack and redisguise me as an enemy spy no matter what I was before.
edit: Ooh, another idea. I could have jump or cloak change what disguises are assigned to the directional buttons, to make it even more random.
(Ah, as a side note...I filmed this in Hyperbolic Drama, of course. I believe Undead Scotsman, Iowa, and a bunch of others are playing here, but I can't make out the names with the quality)

Also, yay for the video Delish!
Well done, I'd give you more than two thumbs up if I had additional thumbs at my disposal
TF2 iz gay.
Oh? You're slippery snake? GTFO.
Demoman, Spy, Sniper, Scout.
Even I can play those.
Also, Pyro/Medic if they're needed.
Engineer is basically like dropping soap currently.

I'm not sure I'd call it an exploit though. I would just rate it "imbalanced."
Because the spy has effectively TEXAS hit points if they execute the exploit correctly.

During which he cannot attack or capture points, as far as I understand.
While it's not the RIDICULOUSLY OP and UNSTOPPABLE as people seem to claim, I do expect Valve will be fixing it.
You wrote this right as I was uploading this:

A fate worse than death.
That's quite a picnic basket you have there.
How many hours played do you have?
A few less than 300 now I think, why?
Beware, there be Voodoo Shaman on PA servers
Something else I learned, from a guy that typically min-maxes and playtests the shit out of every damn thing in TF2. Various quotes:
This cracks me up for some reason

PLease do not bring makeeta posts in here!
Not my loadout! I have some sweet, delicious new items in mine. 8-)

I cannot believe my curse actually worked.
When I throw pee on them and they still revolver me to death because I don't have a close range gun I think they are still the boss.
I play on the server this dude is on a lot and he is fucking hilarious.

what are you going to do, run five miles away and shoot him?
He's a very annoying person to play the game with
alias +spyattack "+attack"
alias -spyattack "-attack; lastdisguise"
bind mouse1 +spyattack

So far I have found the SMG compliments the bow well.
