    I was down there a few days ago doing some touristy shopping and there were these homeless kids who were holding up signs that said "I love you" and "free hugs".

    I have a policy of not hugging anyone who is visibly unbathed.

    Fishman, I recommend having dinner at Sushi Sam's one night. in SF. Also in SF is a speakeasy named Bourbon & Branch down just up from Tenderloin. I can not say enough good things about Bourbon and Branch. Not cheap, but worth it.

    We could maybe go into town on the weekend when she doesn't have to work, or on the Monday, when I have to be at San Fran airport at around 6 anyway. Or both! I'm making most of this holiday up as I go along anyway.


    I'm pretty much just putting everything down onto post-it notes and sticking them into my Lonely Planet at this stage. Although I might have to underline restaurants recommended by Stale. Man has a reputation of knowing his way around food.

    Edit: Mostly right now I'm glad I'm not a terrorist.

    Yeah, those restaurants sound amazing.

    Maybe we could hold the meetup in SF instead? I don't know, thing is D&D would be Saturday or Sunday (and all day), and then the meetup would be on the other day, since people are most available on the weekend.

    Hmmm, good point. So much going on I'm having trouble holding it all in my head.

    ..Look, as a last resort, you can come into SF with me and we can hang most of the day, then you can abandon me in the evening to go grab Rachel or whatever. I'm sure we can work something out.

    Also, anyone interested in having some kind of NorCal PAX on the weekend, please speak up, put forward available days (6th or 7th), and a preference of activities to do.

    No real preferences, but something that's easy to get to sans car would be nice.
