When you finish a fight you should always show some respect for your opponent. For example Genki Sudo does some silly shit in the ring but also shows respect for his opponents especially after the fight.

but bisping/hammil was shit. but worst decision? i think as far as recent fights go i think i'd have to give it to gomi vs that russian nobody. but that's because sengoku's scoring system is retarded.
usually bad decisions can be traced back to the scoring system. like randleman losing the decision to bas.
Yeah I dunno if I'd pick Forrest to win a rematch with Rampage. I don't mind champs getting narrowly beat though. If you had to KO a champ to take the belt it would only encourage every belt holder to fight like Tim Sylvia.
