Just a shameless plug for a friend of mine. He is a free-lance artist that just recently started a video blog/webcast about his work. He is just trying to get his name out there and would love it if you guys watched.

If your pal is an awesome artist, then encourage him/her to sign up and post the art him/herself. Don't post artwork on someone else's behalf and demand critique.
