I was just given a Canon NoteJet III CX, and wondered if any of you had suggestions for games to play on it or some other way to employ it usefully.
It is a fantastic little device, weighing approximately a ton. It appears to function perfectly, except that the clit mouse needs to be pushed really hard to move. It runs Windows 98, and does so reasonably fast. It has a
built-in printer, and that printer works, and has ink in it. You put paper in the front, it comes out the back with text on. It is
amazing.
It has a GenuineIntel Pentium Processor 100MHz, 32MB RAM, and a 750MB HDD.
I figure first I'll try Duke 3D on it, and go from there. I may want to throw another OS on there if there's a sane alternative to 98. This may be a problem as it has no optical drive or USB ports, only a floppy drive...but I think I have an old CD-ROM drive that might plug into it.
Apologies for the shitty webcam pics.

Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 maybe? The original Doom 1 and 2.
So, once the novelty's worn off, can anyone think of any actual purpose for this to serve? Or just more game suggestions.
Are those REALLY called a clit mouse? If so, that's great. Also, you should play some commander keen on that baby. That would be sweet.
Laptop with a built in printer is pretty cool
About to try Duke 3D, I had to manually set the IRQ of the sound device having checked it in device manager.
Ah shit, apparently it's missing a file... I thought I'd only removed the high-res pack stuff from the duke3d folder I put on the disc but apparently not.
Okay, you know in the older Strong Bad e-mails, how the paper would go "preeeeow" as it comes down? With the matrix... of dots... forming the image? And the perforated ends to the paper for the feeder wheels? That's dot matrix.
It's inkjet if you have to put ink in it.
Anyway, once the novelty's worn off... it's not good for much, honestly. It's kind of a museum piece, like a rotary phone or betamax player.
Thank you, Rubacava!
