looking for old games...like really old

i had this crapy little sharewear version of Gun metal when i was like 13 i played the hell out of it even thought it only had three levels i was hopeing someone could tell me where i might find a full version. it was a platform robot shooter kinda like a really scaled down version of mech worrior and you buy new equiment for levels , man i loved that game!

    This may be against the rules, and mods please edit if it is so, but have you tried the Underdogs web site?

    I'll leave it up to you to google search it rather than me directly linking it.

    Actually I recall a new law being recently passed that states that software which is no longer being sold or produced may be reproduced for "archival" purposes.

    However, I think that law is still a bit archaic and states that the distribution of said software is still illegal.

    However, sites like The Underdogs exist because lots of the original developers simply don't care. The games that are still protected can't be downloaded, but there's tons of unprotected games that are there quasi-legally.
