Rate my music?

Do any of you guys know a site where you can submit music to be rated by your peers? My uncle has a song he wants critique on, and I'm not so good with that. I tried googling 'rate my music' and 'rate my song' which is about the only thing I could think of, but now I turn to you guys. Thanks a bunch, all.

    The youtube music section? I don't know how many views or comments he would get, but it's a start and better than nothing.

    Can you upload MP3's to youtube? If not does anyone know of a good free way to convert a Mp3 to mpeg?

    you can upload mp3s to myspace, if you get a music page.

    Soundclick is good for this, people vote your tunes hot or flop and they have charts there, so you can see your placing.
