    Today in Arena I decided to try a change of pace. I tried protecting my medic. It was a total failure. I set a scout on fire and he ran away and then another scout started shooting my medic so I went after him and then a soldier and a medic came and fucking killed me.

    That's the last time I pay attention to my medic.

    No class is designed to protect the medic. The medic is supposed to die. They're like an extra life or extra HP for their healing target. While the medic dies the real player has time to kill more.
