Need some help with an Intec portable Xbox screen

So, I got this Intec screen for like 20 bucks at a thrift store. This one, to be precise:
Issue. It came with no cords, no manual, nothing. Intec's site fucking sucks and I can't find a manual for it. I don't even know what it needs beyond 12 volts DC for power, or why the power switch has 3 settings instead of 2, or what. So can you guys help me out here?
