Looking for article on obese british woman giving expensive birth

So a while back I read an article about an obese British woman who gave birth to (if I remember correctly) triplets, with a total medical bill of about 100,000 pounds and a massive team of surgeons (including a custom built table for the c-section). For the life of me I can't find the article. I've read it on a blog as well as it was discussed in D&D some time ago, but my searching of the forums hasn't found anything, neither has my google-fu been of use.
Another important part was that the woman openly admitted to feeding her children junk food, and didn't seem to care about her childrens health.
Does anybody remember the article more fully or have a link to it? I read it on some European news site... I just forget which one. Anybody know of what I'm talking about?
