    MMS isn't even ready yet.

I wonder how they'll check whether you're a Leopard user or not. Also, I hate the constant shit Tiger users have to go through these days, mostly because I've run into several apps that only run on 10.5.6 or higher but now also because of Leopard preferred upgrade prices.

Bunch of live blogs are pointing out that he specifically mentioned MMS functioning on ATT, but not tethering.

    GOOD WORK ATT.

    Also, fuck ampersands.

It really is about time for tethering. I hope they don't charge any kind of extra fee for it.

AT&T is far better than Verizon and Sprint. By far.

Still, they're being cocks about both MMS and tethering. :(

Doesn't ATT support MMS for its other phones? I don't understand how it's not a "flip the switch" type of deal.

since jailbreaking might be the only way to use a feature supported by apple on att, maybe that knowledge will make obs head explode

No, to Obs, no tethering from AT&T is a feature. Who wants to browse the internet on a computer when you have the perfection of an iPhone in your hand? Denying you tethering is obviously the right thing to do.

It would be nice if it would give you the phone's current location on a map... If someone stole my phone, I'd like to be able to track them down, kick them in the balls and take my phone back.

Would be better if it set a random password on the phone afterwards, and told you that in the browser. "Hey, I erased your shit, and made the phone unusable for the asshole. You're welcome."
