Right, so, here it is. I'm trying to collect some information and need you guys to give me what you can. Just answer these questions.

1) What current-gen consoles do you own?
2) What is your opinion on which console is the best/should someone looking for a new gaming platform buy?
3) What is your religious/spiritual beliefs? If any?

I'll explain why I'm asking this once the thread gets off the ground and I have some information to work with.

    actually unless he clarifies he's putting forth a parameter. gamers who prefer the wii (as in all gamers who refer the wii) is a population. parameters describe a population. statistics describe a sample.

    My theory, actually, has nothing to do with what console people of what religion have. No. My point is actually a theory that a comparatively high percentage of console flame war participants are atheists. The reason I think this: I suspect that people have a need to fight over things they believe in, and that people who believe in nothing spiritually substitute in other things, whereas religious gamers, I suspect, probably don't care as much to fight over which console is better.
