Command line IRC Client?

I've seen them in screenshots, I think. Anyone know where I can download one?

Or am I just not understanding what I'm seeing?

    There are plenty of them. Most are originally for Linux but at least some have been ported to Windows (I assume you're using windows).

    The most common ones are ircii, irssi, and bitchx. A quick googling will get them for you.
