When the BB Tour comes out I plan to pick it up. With my phone usage it's getting to the point where I think I could use a good smart phone. I've never had a BB before and am willing to entertain any other suggestions of Verizon phones. No iPhone comments please, I loath ATT and will not go back to them, ever.

I want a full html browser and good scheduling software. Options for apps would be a bonus. I know I can get this with BB, but if you think HTC does it better, educate me please. Before I get the 30$ BB dta plan

the BB will be rock solid, but the browser is seriously outdated, and the media player is kinda crappy.. just FYI

BB 4 eva though i'm getting the Tour as well (unsubsidized price too, ugh)

I don't mind the media player at all, but I don't even use browsing on my BB so I couldn't comment there. Is there no third-party browser you can grab?

I use the Opera Browser on my BBBold. I never use it for music (Since it has the pandora app), but I watch videos on it all the time. As long as you encode the videos to fit the device, it plays great.

Verizon has a pretty awful selection of PDAs right now. The Tour or Storm2 coming up are your best bets.
