Amazing Wings!

So the girlfriend and I are big fans of this chicken. We are going to entertain another couple this week, and I was going to make it, and then found out that they aren't a fan of spicy things.
So my new plan is to make a bunch of wings, spicy and non-spicy versions, and wanted to know if anyone had some epically awesome wings recipes they like to make.
My friends mom makes my favorite wings. The recipe is basically:
-Put wings in a ziplock bag.
-Cover with your choice of salsa. I use Herdez brand because they are cheap.
-Let rest for at least 6 hours, but the closer to 24 the better.
-Bake.
These wings just do it for me. Some pieces of chicken get some nice browning going on from the salsa vs sheet pan, some get bits of salsa stuck to them while baking. I don't know what it is, but I could eat like 2 pounds of these everytime i sat down with them. Just make sure you pick a salsa that will fit your needs. Herdez salsas can be spicier than other brands like Pace.
I'd like to make those starmanbrand. Any idea on the time/temp to bake?

Depends on the style.
Baking:
425 for less time will make a crispier wing.
350 for more time will make a juicier wing.
Hi-Broil for ten minutes after cooling will do a nice crisping in either case. It will also dry out the wings, though.
Grilling is my favorite way of preparing wings. Crispy outside, juicy inside, and a fun environment. I've done the salsa kind and loved them, though Kraft makes some pretty nice staple marinades that work as well if you like other flavors (garlic herb, a great teriyaki for a lot less than making it homemade).
For a really tasty BBQ wing, get a chipolte pepper, or a chipolte BBQ sauce, mix with a bit of honey, molasses, and spicy brown mustard.
For "hot" wings, I tend to avoid crystal or tobasco sauce and instead her a blended hanero sauce for marinade. Usually I'll mix one part Bob Trinadad Sauce (habaneros, onions, and spices pureed into a rediculously spicy sauce) and mix it with a chunk-salsa (the kind you get in the produce section with fresh tomatoes and onions) and then add some cilantro. Let sit for a while.
Grill for 15-20 minutes, or until at your favorite style. How long will depend on your heating method (charcoal/propane/wood fire, etc).
As with all of the flavors, marinade for 6-24 hours in a refrigerator for optimum flavor.
I usually bake at 325 for an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.. This may make them a touch drier, but it lets the salsa bake a bit more. Some people don't like this, though.
You could also do 350 for probably around 45-50 minutes or for some crispier on the outside maybe 375 for 30-40 or so.
