    I'm really enjoying may lack of decisiveness here a bit too much.

    One consistency between the last sheet and this one is that some heads are too small (witch, pirate). Are you drawing the hat and the head together? Also, I get the pose you're trying to put the witch in, but she looks almost bandy-legged here.

    That said, the pirate one is wonderful, so I'd suggest going along that route.

    I like the pirate one too, but the pose seems so unpin-up like. She's sitting on the chest like she just finished a 20 mile hike and now she's tired and dreads the return hike.

    Also, I love nice and buttery things.

    Yeah the real ones wouldn't load or were terrible quality so you get knockoff spiff that illustrates my point.

    I'd go scan one if it were important.

    Pic done tonight. still going with it. struggling with his left arm though.
    Started a little shading in some areas, trying to follow the form as Bacon suggested. Dunno if its right but i think its kinda looking better for it.

    2 hour sketch I got done tonight. Im actually really proud of this one so far. I spend a bit more time thinking about what i was going to draw before I got home today. Got on a computer and sketched it out, found a a few references and started rendering in shapes a bit better. I didnt use a ref for the face. I might do so when i render it a bit better

    looking good. only thing id say is there may be too much conrast between the dark area and light areas (?), as in, theres not really much 'in-between' tones. Unless you're going for that particular high contrast mood, id suggest not going so black in your image (i dumped it in photoshop for a more accurate look, rather than mozilla). Otherwise, looking really good. Hands are starting to have good form too.
