So, PAX is fun.

I'm looking forward to PAX this year.

I'm researching hotels and whether it would be more/less hassle and more/less expensive to fly or drive.

I think it might be a good idea to get people to talk things up, find room-mates, etc. Last year was pretty well co-ordinated it seemed to me, and I'd like to see similar success this year.

If people say so in this thread, I will craft this OP into a comprehensive guide of the who, what, where, and whys of PAX.

    neville I don't want to ask you if I can stay at Casa De Boners because I want to see if I can expand my experience with forumers

    but in the event that hotels are too pricey or nobody wants me or whatever can I stay at casa de boners again

    Interesting story about the group photo; when I got it home and blew it up, I discovered my camera was big enough and my lens good enough that apparently the photographer had managed to take a picture where the angle was such that there was an accidental and hopefully unintentional upskirt in the picture.

    Some to Hawaii. Some to Seattle. My wife went to the UK a couple times for study; then we had that 5th wedding anniversary in Japan. I lost a bit in San Francisco, too, I guess, but not much.
