Online Sale/Discount Shopping? +Bonus Ebay Question

The future is now. I can click a button and play mortal kombat with a friend in hong kong, and relevant to this thread, buy clothes online.

I am not a sucker, though. I like me some sales. I just logged onto Ralph Lauren this morning and saw their summer sale was going on. This pleases me. But I would like to know what else I am missing out on.

Is there some sort of....Online listing place? Where there is an update if there are sales going on at certain stores? Ideally I would like one where you set up an account and if there is a sale at a store you have listed, you get an email or text message notifying you. I'm most interested in clothes, but I'm sure there are plenty of other things I would like to buy.

I have heard of forums that do this, but have never looked for clothing one. Anyone have a lead on those?

BONUS QUESTION! Ebay has a lot of super badass listings such as http://cgi.ebay.com/Three-Ralph-Lauren-Polo-Big-Pony-Shirts-LOT-Large-NEW_W0QQitemZ170349851919QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_CSA_MC_Shirts?hash=item27a9a4750f&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12%7C66%3A2%7C39%3A1%7C72%3A1205%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50 three shirts that sell in store for 100 bucks, but online i can get three for the price of one.

Is this type of thing legit or should I be afraid?

TL;DR
I'm looking for some kind of sale-tracking site or forum, mostly interested in online clothing retailers.

I've never had a sale go too bad on eBay, its pretty safe. You just have to be careful about who you are buying from.

I would be a little nervous about the guy you listed. Has good feedback, but only from 5 sales. Yet his ad seems pretty professional. Could be that he just happened upon these shirts (had a friend which gave them to him, whatever) and wanted to make sure they would sell, or yeah, its a scam.

Though I've never had to go through with it, I think there are ways to get your money back for many reasons.
