ATT Wireless' customer service can be pretty fucking ambivalent. I speak to one CSR who is obviously completely useless w.r.t. tending assistance... and then one who knows the system very well and speaks with absolute confidence of his/her 'reach'. Then back to the first again. Fuuuuuuck.
