Googling FAT19HA.exe and E-FAT19HA.exe both yield some scary results. I think it's safe to say you should get rid of it asap. Have you run virus/malware scans?

Hmmm...AVG 8 didn't pick it up, but I ended the process and searched my harddrive for it...seeing if i can find where it is hidden and remove it completely.....
With an infested machine, a reformat (along with a lot of password changes) is usually the safest option. And if it's been around long enough it could probably do with one anyway to keep it in tip-top running condition.

This is generally the case.
That being said, Spybot S&D, AVG, plus MalwareBytes all run in safe mode should sufficiently cleanse your machine.
