I have a Chinese friend who is going to pursue a bachelor's in international business. She's trying to make a decision between Point Park University and University of New Haven.
I'm totally clueless as I've never looked at universities outside my state.
Any input on either college would be greatly appreciated.

Downtown New Haven can be a fun, interesting place but West Haven is basically the suburbs. They're like ~15 mins away from each other though. I'm not sure where it falls on the scale academically though.
