Where to acquire Pikachu/Pichu costume?

I need to a get a costume for Halloween and I don't want to think about it, so I thought "hey! Pikachu!".

So I need to get my hands on one.

Any suggestions? Links, etc? I want to buy one, I'm too lazy to make one.

ALSO! If anyone knows where to get his hands on OTHER mascot costumes I'll take 'em.
