Calling Windows Network Admins: User Name Displaying Incorrectly On Printer

When one of the users on my network prints to any printer, his name shows up wrong. We have a variety of printers, most of which being large Canon copiers. The first letter of his name shows up in lower case and he wants it in upper case. It is in upper case for everyone else. I realize this is something trivial, but any help would be appreciated. I went into the Win 2003 server and made his name start with a capitol H rather than lower h in the users area, but it is still showing lower case on the printers.
