Hello I have a Dell XPS M1530 laptop with Nvidia 8600m gt graphics card. I was wondering if there is any kind of alternate drivers or software I could download to enhance the features and options I could use to tweak the card. The driver that came with dell is very limited. I just bought a plasma tv and cant get the desktop to fit the screen. The screen sizing on the graphics card only allows you to enlarge it and not move it up and down. So I need something that would allow me to do that. Thank you.

The nVidia control panel that you get from nVidia has most of the stuff you could ever need.

    also

Go to Windows' Control Panel>NVIDIA nView Desktop Manager

The resize feature in the nvidia drivers is very poor and it only allows me to make the dispaly bigger or smaller but it doesnt allow to move it up or down. I need something that does that....

PowerStrip will let you horribly violate your graphics card in ways Nature never intended. There's a try-before-you-buy feature at least, and $30 for a single-user permanent license is well worth it IMO.

Since Dell hates gamers (latest video driver on their site is from last October), try http://laptopvideo2go.com/.
