Similar to that other thread but different in that I wanna see some clever or funny or if it's truly mindnumbingly bad, low budget or indie or even just lo-fi music videos. Like recent stuff though, it's not fair to pick on the 80s for this one, they didn't know any better.
Like the OK Go videos are really awesome for five guys and a camcorder. That sort of thing. Except don't bother posting OK Go everyone's seen all of those already.
IT'S GOT ME REACHING IN MY POCKET IT'S GOT ME FORKING OVER CASH
CUZ THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE MIDDLE AND IT'S GIVING ME A RASH
Stop-motion and people with LEDs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVYp2sgA9M0
Ed: Ok; there's obviously a budget behind it, but I can't imagine it being on par with even the lunch catering for a Hype Williams vid.
My band has played with him an uncountable number of times. His current live band is significantly better than these recordings of him solo, but these videos are pretty top notch zero budget affairs.
Here's two videos by GRAND BUFFET my favorite band on the east coast! These dudes are also awesome guys and I've had some really good times with them. These cats are THE band in Pittsburgh PA.
The second video, the backing track for the song was composed by the now infamous GIRL TALK also of Pittsburgh.
and Finally GIL MANTERA'S PARTY DREAM, they're originally from Youngstown, Ohio, however recently Gil has moved to Pittsburgh PA (and lives with Jackson of Grand Buffet).
The Gil Mantera's Party Dreams videos are my favorite out of this bunch, except I am absolutely in love with everything about "Pink Deadly" by Grand Buffet.

Oh, but this one certainly fit the 0-budget bill It's kinda kvlt and brvtal though, not very indie-ish.
